A watercolor painting on deckle-edged paper of an abstract composition by listed American artist Ricardo Morin (Venezuela, b. 1954), created in 2002. Signed and dated by the artist to the lower right corner. Presented without a frame.
Morin immigrated to the United States from Venezuela in 1972. Based in New York and New Jersey, Morin received his B.F.A. from the State University of New York at Buffalo and his M.F.A. at Yale University. His work has been exhibited at multiple institutions including the Bronx Museum of the Arts; the Albright-Knox Art Gallery in Buffalo, New York; the Museum of Contemporary African Diasporan Arts in Brooklyn, New York; and many others.
