A 1980s deadstock vintage Victor Costa designer black floral and ivory cotton dress with embroidery and zig zag edge with see through bodice, black satin flat bow on the belt with hook closure, puffy sleeves, pleated waist with full skirt and white netting underlayer with polyester lining, hook and eye closure with YKK enameled zipper down back, signature cloth label and Saks Fifth Avenue label. Original signature tags and Saks Fifth Avenue tag still attached.
