Item Details

A burl walnut veneer Southampton secretary. Features a cornice top over a top glass-front book shelf. The glass door fronts feature delicate woodwork and are held closed by a lock with included key. The three interior shelves are adjustable. The slant top desk opens and is held by two sliders and opens to reveal a leather writing surface and numerous cubby holes and two drawers. The desk tops four graduated in size drawers, each finished with round bails and pulls, four of which are broken. The piece rests on four bracket feet.
