An original graphite drawing on paper titled View North from Mt. Holyoke by listed American watercolorist Charles DeWolf Brownell (1822-1909), created circa 1850. The drawing depicts a figure on a mountain looking into the valley. It is initialed in pencil to the lower right. There are labels from Kennedy Galleries, Inc and Borghi Fine Art Gallery affixed to the verso. The painting is accompanied by a catalog from the Hirschl & Adler exhibition. Presented behind glass in a wooden frame with white double matting.
