Pair of Native American Ute Mountain Tribe Pottery Vessels
Item Details
A pair of Native American Ute pottery vessels. The pair includes a pot with a narrow, round base that tapers wider toward the mouth. The other vessel has a narrower round mouth, with wide shoulders that taper inward toward the base. Both are hand-painted with bold black abstract geometric patterns, and are softly colored in warm desert colors of golden yellow and orange. One is marked ‘19 UMT IT’; the other is also marked, but is not legible.
