A Ruege Ritz-Carlton style music box. The rectangular wood music box mimics the blue chandelier in the ballroom of the Boston Ritz-Carlton and features the gilt lion symbol of the hotel on the lid. The interior is lined in blue and includes both the music mechanism and a storage compartment. The mechanism plays the musical selection No. 6290, Puttin’ On The Ritz, by Irving Berlin. The bottom has four gold tone feet, the Ruege winding mechanism, and informational labels.
