An original watercolor painting on paper titled Maple- Bristol by listed American watercolorist Charles DeWolf Brownell (1822-1909), created in 1863. The painting depicts a bunch of leaves. Inscribed in the lower right corner with title and date is ‘Maple- Bristol June 9- 63.’ Gallery label on verso includes ‘Borghi Fine Art Gallery.’ A catalog from the Hirschl & Adler Galleries exhibition is included. Presented behind glass in a gilt frame with white matting and a hanging wire to the verso.
