A watercolor painting on paper titled Bristol, Connecticut by listed American watercolorist Charles DeWolf Brownell (1822 – 1909), created in 1863. Depicted is a sampling of ferns. Titled and dated to the lower right corner ‘Bristol- June- 63.’ Presented behind glass in a gilt frame with white matting and a hanging wire to the verso. To the verso is a gallery label. Also included is an exhibition catalog from the Hirschl & Adler Galleries.
