A watercolor painting on paper titled East Hartford, Oct. 31st, 1862 by listed American watercolorist Charles DeWolf Brownell (1822-1909), created in 1862. The painting depicts an autumn landscape of pine trees and rolling hills. Titled and dated to the verso, ‘East Hartford, Oct. 31st, 1862’. Inscribed in the upper left is the letter ‘N’. Presented behind glass in a gilt frame with white matting and a hanging wire to the verso. A gallery label is on the verso. Accompanied by a Hirschl & Adler Galleries exhibition catalog.
