A collection of decorative plates from the Women of the Century series. Each plate in this collection is by artist Francois Ganeau. Plates include Helene the Intrepid, Colette the Sportswoman_,_Sarah in Bustle, Scarlet in Crinoline, Sophie of the New Look, Daisy the Flapper, Edith the Practical Woman, and Brigitte in Mini-Skirt. The title of each plate appears along the top in French, with the artist’s signature and date at the bottom left. Included with each card is a certificate that gives information on the plate in English. Also included in this collection is a decorative plate from the Noel Vitrail series by artist Andre Restieau and titled The Purification. This plate also comes with a certificate of authentification in French and a second in English that provides information on the plate.
