Oil on Board Portrait of Siblings
Item Details
An oil painting depicting a portrait of sibilings. This original painting depicts the older boy in the foreground with his sister leaning onto his back. He stares slightly to his left, holding a paint brush in his right hand, and wearing a blue shirt with a white ruffled ‘cupcake’ coIlar. The girl wears a white dress with her hair in a bun, and gazes away from the viewer, concentrating on the boy. The work is signed to the lower right in red ‘Hoskins’.
