Hand-Knotted Pakistani "Tabriz" Area Rug
Item Details
A hand-knotted Pakistani area rug in a Tabriz pattern. It was knotted in wool on a cotton foundation. It features a large scale floral herati design on a deep red backdrop in cream and gold tones. The border is comprised of a foliate pattern with a cream ground color. Short hand-sewn cotton fringe appears at either end. This rug is tagged on the reverse.
