Item Details
A signed artist’s proof serigraph by well-listed and renowned American geometric minimalist artist and wildlife conservationist Charley Harper (Cincinnati, Ohio; 1922-2007) titled Whitecoat, released in 1975. The image depicts a sweet Harp seal pup, lazily rolling over on his icy bed, glaciers and water on the horizon. The print is marked artist’s proof XXI, titled and hand-signed by Harper in pencil to the lower margin; mounted behind teal and light blue double mat, under glass in a matte black brushed metal frame with a wire to the verso.
