Collection of Offset Lithograph Miniature Portraits

A collection of five offset lithograph miniature portraits. All but the unframed oval portrait have painted embellishments. They include a large unframed tile after a painting by Belgian artist Heva Coomans (1860 – 1935) of a woman standing in a romantic setting. Two oval portraits in rectangular frames feature women in period dress; both are mounted under glass, one in a wood frame painted to look like ivory, the other in a metal filigree frame. Also included is an oval portrait of a young man in uniform in a metal frame with glass and an unframed oval portrait of a woman.
Condition
- oval metal frame lacks hardware for hanging, it has two partially sunk nail in frame backing.
