Vintage Hepplewhite Style Flip-Top Dining Table with Inlay

Item Details

A vintage Hepplewhite style flip-top dining table with inlay. The mahogany-veneered frame features a rectangular, crossbanded top, which flips and swivels over a a straight apron. The apron and legs are inlaid with strands of bellflowers, paterae, and lightwood stringing. One end of the apron has a dovetailed and cockbeaded drawer with embossed, brass-toned knobs. The table rises on square, tapered legs.
