H.F. Noske Original 1942 Oil Painting on Canvas
Item Details
An original 1941 oil painting on canvas by listed Austrian artist Hugo F. Noske (1886 – 1960). The painting depicts a mountain fjord, painted with great care and attention to color and blending. The water sits at the base of a craggy peak, lined at its base with rows of dark pine trees. The painting is signed and dated to the lower right corner in black paint. It is presented in a wooden frame with gold tone finish and a hanging wire.
