A Rococo Revival style marble top three-drawer dresser.This dresser features a black smoothly carved marble top with subtle shades of gray which is flush with the curvature of the dresser with a beveled edge. The top molding featured on the front and two sides present a scrolling foliate design with rounded corners and a wave inward and outward to the front. Three drawers are featured at the front with two floral gold tone ring pulls each, the top drawer features palmette reliefs on each side. The front of the dresser including the drawers also features the waving inward and outward. The sides of the dresser feature a prominent foliate and palmette reliefs. The bottom molding of this dresser mirrors the top with the scrolling foliate design with a row of reeded molding. The dresser rests on four grooved bun feet. This dresser is comprised of rosewood and is stained black with a glossy finish.
