Item Details
An original painted Scherenschnitte artwork by artist Claudia Hopf. The colorful art piece was cut from a sheet of laid paper by Perry Hopf and designed and painted by Claudia Hopf. The work depicts a traditional German design with red tulips, light yellow thistle flowers, blue geraniums, all sprouting from a central stalk with green vines and leaves. Interspersed with the flowers and vines are flying white doves and pair of white birds to the bottom. The composition is bordered by a vining red and green leaf border. The work is displayed under glass in a fancy faux grained frame designed by Carroll Hopf.
