Signed Limited Edition John Ruthven Print

A limited edition offset lithograph after an original painting by well-listed Cincinnati artist and wildlife conservationist John A. Ruthven titled Passenger Pigeons in Flight over Christ Hospital Mt. Auburn 1893. The print depicts a pair of passenger pigeons flying over the Mt. Auburn neighborhood of Cincinnati, Ohio and was printed to celebrate The Christ Hospital’s 100-year anniversary in 1988. It is signed in the plate and in pencil to the lower right and numbered 209/500 in pencil to the lower left. The print is presented double matted under glass in a wooden frame with a hanging wire to the verso.
Condition
– some nicks to the frame.
