Item Details
An oil painting on canvas of a nautical landscape titled Bateau (Boat) by an anonymous artist. The impressionist style piece depicts a striped red, blue and white wooden boat floating on a blue body of water situated amongst lush trees and distant green lands with houses in the distance. The painting is signed in blue ‘Cafidon’ to the lower left corner of the composition. It is presented without glass, under a beige linen mat and housed in a wood frame with carved rope-like accents. Signed and titled in blue ink to the upper left corner of the canvas verso.
