A forty-eight piece set of Staffordshire Liberty Blue china featuring historic American colonial scenes printed in blue on Staffordshire ironstone. The set includes eight dinner plates, eight bread and butter plates, eight berry bowls, eight teacups, nine saucers, an oval platter, a serving bowl, a gravy boat, an oval underplate, a sugar bowl, a creamer, and a butter dish. The dishes are decorated with scenes of Washington crossing the Delaware, Fraunces Tavern, the Governor’s House at Williamsburg, Independence Hall, Lafayette Landing at West Point, Monticello, Betsy Ross, Old North Church, and Paul Revere. The dishes are marked to the undersides and are detergent and dishwasher safe.
Condition
No chips or cracks. Some slight variations in the transfer designs.
