An original watercolor on paper painting by listed Ohio artist, Ed (Edward) Gifford ( – 1998). The painting is representative of Gifford’s oeuvre and is wonderfully poetic. An elderly gentleman carries a pair of buckets down the hillside, with light streaming over the top of the hill. A wonderfully loose painting, with swift strokes. The painting is presented in a wooden frame with triple mats to edge.

Condition

Fair-Good, considerable wear to frame edge in the form of scuffing and scratching.
