A lithograph on paper titled I Would Have Chosen Carpet For The Hall, But Brenda Clearly Had Ideas of Her Own by highly regarded cartoonist Glen Baxter (British, b. 1944). Executed in 1988, depicted is a man standing in a living area placing a book on a shelf looking towards the floor which appears to be water. This title of the piece is printed below the image in the print margin. This piece is number 62 out of an edition of 75. This piece is signed and dated in the lower right corner in graphite. Presented on a white floating mat and white wooden frame.
