Early 20 Century Lucian Ducuing Watercolors of Parisian Street Scenes

A pair of watercolor cityscapes by French artist Lucian Ducuing (1896-1958). One, titled Vieux Paris Place Contrescarpes (Old Paris, Place de la Contrescarpe) depicts the five spoke square in the fifth arrondissement. The other is Vieux Paris, Place et Eglise St. Médard (Old Paris, Square and Church of St. Médard), and depicts the 12th-century church on the Rue Mouffetard. Each work is titled in the bottom left corner, and signed in the bottom right. These works are presented mounted to cardboard backings, unframed.

Condition

- toning to image, paintings are mounted to cardboard and have glue residue around entire image where the original mat would have been
