The sculpture is comprised of cast spelter and depicts a young Victorian woman with her hair up in tousled curls, wearing a form-fitting dress with full flowing sleeves, her shoulder accented by a floral posy. The sculpture terminates at the base in scrolled acanthus leaves. Unmarked by maker.
