Item Details
A varnished halftone print on paper after a Leonard Campbell Taylor Painting titled The Letter. The piece depicts a late 19th-century interior scene with a brunette woman in a light blue dress, situated near the center of the composition, reading a letter under a centered arch near a window. With Victorian style chairs, rugs, large windows, and decoration present to the background. Presented without glass and housed in a wood frame with a distressed gray, gilt and red finish. There is a wire attached to the verso and the piece is ready to hang.

- to fair; scuffs and discoloration to print; minor abrasion to purposely distressed frame.
