An original oil on canvas painting of a Chinese temple by Victor Stepanovich Podgoursky (1893-1969). This oil on canvas painting depicts a monk walking up to a Chinese temple. It is titled Chinese Temple in Hungchao and was painted in 1931 by Podgoursky, a Russian artist. The piece is signed and dated in the lower left of the canvas. It once was part of the collection of Professor Armand Grosz.
