An original 1975 Chinese watercolor painting on rice paper by an artist named Louise Dionne. The painting depicts an adorable owl resting on a twisting branch, its wide eyes glowing bright yellow. The painting is signed and dated in pencil to the lower right. The upper corner features the artist’s signature transliterated into hanzi ‘露易芾安’ (Luyi feian) alongside a circular red seal. The work is matted in brown and presented behind acrylic glass in a thin black metal frame with a hanging wire.
