Vintage English Style Cast Iron Mailbox

A vintage English Style cast iron mailbox. This free-standing unit features a front relief depiction of a rider beginning the hunt. Fox hunting horns, also in relief, adorn either side. The top of the mailbox is designed like a roof with ‘shingle’ motif and a crown finial. This unit sits on an ornate pedestal base.

Condition

Areas of heavy oxidation, seam splitting to the base. Any other wear present is to be considered normal and consistent with age and previous outdoor use.
