Erté 1982 Limited Edition Serigraph "Harlequin"
Item Details
A limited edition signed serigraph by listed Russian-French artist Romain de Tirtoff, known professionally as Erté (1892-1990). The 1982 print, titled Harlequin, depicts an 18th century harlequin in gold and purple robes dancing before an audience in a blue auditorium. A woman in a green and purple dress looks on from the sides and disguises her face with a fan. The print is signed in graphite to the lower right margin and hand-numbered XI/CXXV to the lower left. The piece is triple-matted in mauve, periwinkle and off-white and presented under glass in a silver tone metal frame with wire to the back for hanging.

- frame has some finish wear.
