Limited Edition Lithograph After Salvador Dalí "Helen of Troy"

A limited edition signed lithograph after a 1977 painting by listed Spanish surrealist artist Salvador Dalí (1904-1989). The piece, titled Helen of Troy from Homage a Homere, depicts an angelic robed figure kneeling with a cane against a barren landscape, accented with surreal figures and flying swallows. The piece features varying hues of light blue, pink, cream, tan and green. The print is signed in graphite to the lower right margin and hand-numbered ‘E 93/350’ to the lower left. The piece is set against a field of mulberry and matted in off-white linen, and presented under glass in a gold tone wooden frame with wire to the back for hanging. Included in the Catalogue Raisonné, “The Official Catalog of the Graphic Works of Salvador Dali” by Albert Field, catalogue field on page 118.

- torn edge to left side of print; print slightly off-center in frame; scratching and chipping to frame; tears to frame backing paper.
