A framed 1968 lithographic poster print for a Joan Miro exhibit at the Sala Gaspar museum in Barcelona. The October 1968 gallery showing exhibited specific works of listed Spanish artist Miro (1893-1983) published in two books: 1967’s Joan Miro i Catalunya (Joan Miro and Catalonia) and 1968’s Les Esséncies de la Terra (The Essences of the Earth). The print depicts the cover of Joan Miro i Catalunya, as well as black text in Catalan, against a field of yellow. The print is presented under glass in a metallic frame with wire to the back for hanging.

Condition

- general wear and scratching to frame; fading to print with age and exposure; no protective paper to back of frame.
