A group of seven original color lithograph bookplates from the Ault & Wiborg Printing Inks Poster Album, published in 1902. The original full publication, rarely found, consisted of 50 full-page, full-color reproductions of the company’s promotional posters, designed by some of the most highly sought-after artists of the time period, including Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec, Louis Schmidt, Edward Ligget, Louis Rhead and Carolyn Huntington, to name a few. These stunning, elegant plates are unframed, awaiting presentation of choice.
Condition
- light discoloration across prints. Left edges of each page have holes from original catalog binding. Light wear with minor areas of loss along edges of pages.
