A machine knotted Couristan Royal Kashimar area rug. This rug has a pile of 90% semi-worsted New Zealand wool with 10% faux silk, and it displays repeating floral patterns in shades of scarlet, tan, gold and blue. The field is bounded by a floral major border with blue spandrels within red and tan minor borders. The perimeter is marked by a gold guard border.
