Vintage Impasto Oil Painting in Carved Wood Frame
Item Details
A large vintage impasto style oil painting in a beautifully wood carved frame. The painting depicts a portrait of a man in an old western style hat. Painting is presented in deep brown and gold tones. The wood frame is carved throughout with a fabric matting. Painting includes a carved signature by the artist in the lower left corner, ‘Ernest.’
Condition
- this gem was found in a garage and will need cleaned, the back canvas is unattached and will need repaired, canvas is significantly soiled on the lower portion.
