An Eclipse cherry and cast iron school desk with an attached chair, manufactured by The Theodor Kundtz Company of Cleveland, Ohio. This beautiful cherry desk features a wooden desk top that features a pencil holding slot along the top and an open storage cubby underneath and a wooden seat with a slatted back, which are both supported by a black cast iron base. Both the desk and chair are connected via two separate wooden boards on the ground. The ‘Eclipse’ maker’s mark is stamped along the bottom of each leg connected to the desk.
