A pair of vintage Japanese Satsuma style dishes. Hand-painted, these ceramic Satsuma style plates feature scalloped edges, vignettes with landscapes and figures in traditional dress, and a vibrant color palette of red, turquoise, brown and pink with gold tone accents. Both pieces are marked ‘Made by Yoshida’ (吉田造 Yoshida zō) to their undersides.
