This beautiful garment offers an ivory silk like blouse with scalloped edge peter pan collar under a black velvet jumper with hand stitched ivory snowflake pattern with pearl bead accents. This dress is hung on a Polly Flinders ivory silk wrapped hanger and has an attached hang tag.
