This collection of over ten autographed Roy Acuff 10 inch singles – 78’s provide a glimpse into country music history. Acuff became a star of the Grand Ole Opry in the early 1940’s and was the first living artist inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame in 1962. Also included in this collection are singles from fellow County Music Hall of Fame inductees Ernest Tubb, Hank Williams, Grandpa Jones, Red Foley, Tex Ritter and more! These records are not vinyl, they are made out of a shellac compound and are very rigid and fragile. Over 50 records in this lot.

Condition

Overall condition of the records are good. Some are in fair condition, some show signs of use and wear. The books in which the records are stored show fraying and age. These records are not vinyl, they are made out of a shellac compound and are very rigid and fragile.

Each record book measures 12.5in wide, 11in high, and 2in deep.
