An antique Scarritt-Comstock quarter-sawn oak gentleman’s wardrobe. Features a simple style to the exterior with carved cornice and inset doors. The double doors are finished with a bronze handle and key, which is included. The doors reveal a variety of interior cubbies, and sliding divided drawers. The top of the interior features the original Scarritt-Comstock Furniture Company, St. Louis, MO. USA brass tag. A key is included for one of the lockable top drawers. The bottom of the interior features two cabinets each finished with pull-down doors. The piece rests on four wooden casters. The Scarritt-Comstock Furniture Company was in existence from 1835-1917.
