Antique Gold-Trimmed China
Item Details
A set of antique gold-trimmed fine china plates. This set includes a dinner plate by Haviland France, and two side plates by Rosenthal. The Haviland plate features molded decorative edges, gold trim, gold ornamentation, and painted cabbage roses. This piece bears a maker’s mark used from 1894-1931. The Bavarian Rosenthal plates are patterns Claire and Versailles; they date to circa 1900. The Claire patterned plate is signed ‘Hamilton’ in gold.
