Original March 1980 "Interview" Magazine Signed by Andy Warhol

Item Details

An original March 1980 issue of Interview magazine, signed by famed pop artist Andy Warhol (1928-1987). Interview was created in 1969 by Warhol and John Wilcock, a British journalist, and featured the movers and shakers of the time in intimate interviews. This issue features a full-color cover of New York Ranger Ron Duguay, which was also personally inscribed and signed by Warhol along the left margin of the cover. The magazine is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from RR Auction, as well as a certificate of authenticity from PSA DNA Authentication Services stating the magazine was marked with invisible ink containing a patented strand of synthetic DNA. A small sticker from the authenticator is also present to lower right corner of cover.
