A serigraphic animation Disney cel titled ‘A Swell Day for Golf’ autographed by Arnold Palmer. This cel depicts Mickey Mouse wearing his golfing clothes and cap holding his golf club in the air smiling. This character is printed on celluloid acetate with a serigraphic process, then placed on an offset lithographic background. This collection is made up of no more than 46 pieces, individually numbered 1/1 with the discrete drawing and scene number called out. The Disney inker and painter who worked on each individual cel have also added their initials on the cell. Signature in black Sharpie of Arnold Palmer, are present to lower margin, and a gold sticker from Disney is present to lower right. Numbered 1/1 Drawing #35 PLM/KH to lower left, this piece is mounted beneath three layers of coordinating matting and is presented behind acrylic glass in a wooden frame with natural and gilt finish. Hanging wire and folio containing Disney certification from Walt Disney Art Classics are affixed to the back.
