WWII Styer M12 Mannlicher / Mauser Bayonet with Scabbard.
Serial Stamped on end of handle: 6039
Blade: 15’ single edge unmarked blade – The blade shows a few small spots of surface rust – upon a closer look you can see where the blade had begun to pit and has been cleaned, and someone attempted to sharpen this bayonet (incorrectly) and left marks on the edge. could easily be restored to original finish.
The rest of the metal on the knife matches the condition of the blade.
The wooden sections on the handle are in great condition but does show marks from age and use.
The scabbard has three dents on the front side and a few small dents on the rear
