An original oil painting on canvas of a landscape by listed American artist Thomas J. Mitchell (1875-1940). Cattle are depicted in a field with a small creek and trees in the right of the composition. This piece is signed ‘Thos. J. Mitchell’ in the lower right corner. This piece comes presented in a painted gilt tone frame. A label on the back reads ‘778 Mrs. Grahram’ with additional illegible text. A horizontal hanging wire is attached and this piece comes ready to hang.
