1976 Motobecane Mobylette Moped

A vintage Motobecane Mobylette moped. The moped was built in May of 1976 in France. It is bright yellow with white and black accents. The horn appears to be disconnected. It appears to have all the original stickers and parts. The rear of the original seat house an authentic toolkit. The information plaque affixed to the front, behind the headlight, reads as follows: ‘MFD By Ateliers de la Motobecane May 1976 GVWR 243 GAWR Front 91 Rear 152 This Vehicle Conforms To Applicable Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards In Effect On The Date Of Manufacture Shown Above Type 40 Number 04976608 Motor Driven Cycle’. It features a water-cooled 49cc engine that is untested.
