An antique carved Chinese chair. This ornately carved wooden chair depicts an intricate scene of dragons, serpents, and scrolling linework. The molded crest rail and back are attached to arms carved into dragons that are connected to the smooth seat with a beveled edge. The front apron features molded billows of smoking coming from the dragon legs. The back of the chair is polished and features two cabriole legs, with the entire piece being finished in a dark brown stain.
