A pair of vintage offset lithograph prints given as a ‘Seasons Greetings’ gift to customers of Solar Steel Corporation. The first bears the quote ‘Progress is the result of the imagination, skill and capacity for work possessed by the people of a nation.’ to the front, and depicts a simple print of a man’s form set against a Cubist blue background. The second bears the quote ‘The challenge of liberty, ’God grants liberty only to those who are always ready to guard and defend it.’ – Daniel Webster’ and depicts a reproduction of an original painting titled The Challenge of Liberty by well-listed New Jersey artist Grif Teller (1899 – 1993). It depicts a family seated on the banks of New York Harbor gazing at the Statue of Liberty. The prints are matted in white and presented without framing.
