Barron Krody Signed Limited Edition "Urban Walls" Serigraph

A signed limited edition serigraph on paper by well-listed contemporary Cincinnati artist Barron Krody (born 1936). The print depicts a large geometric op art form printed in vibrant shades of red, green, and yellow set against a deep gray rectangle. Halftone photographic images of walking figures line the base of the image, as if they are passing a large mural. This piece was one of a portfolio of ten silkscreen prints depicting murals created for the Urban Walls: Cincinnati public art project, organized by the Carl Solway Gallery in 1971. This print is signed in pencil to the lower right corner and is numbered ‘XX/L’ in pencil to the lower left corner. The print is presented behind glass in a thin silver tone beveled metal frame with a hanging wire. More information about the artist can be found below under Additional Information.
