Pair of Offset Lithograph Art Prints after Lanse

A pair of offset lithograph prints after original pencil sketches by artist Lanse. One depicts a young Katherine Hepburn and Spencer Tracy, and one depicts an older Katherine Hepburn and Humphrey Bogart, from the movie African Queen. Both prints are hand-signed in pencil, ‘Lanse’, and are numbered. The print of Hepburn and Tracy is numbered 195/300. The print of Hepburn and Bogart is numbered 133/300. Both prints are presented with white mats edged in dark brown, under glass, in wood frames, and are ready to hang.
Condition
- both frames are scratched and worn
- nail holes in the corners of both prints
- Hepburn/Bogart print has a brown stain behind her arm and below his belt on the print, staple hole in the bottom right of the print
- Hepburn/Tracy print has staple holes in bottom and upper right; cut from the back in left hand bottom; print and the mat are wavey in the frame
